The crew/team at Countryside on Saturday November 3, 2018 were phenomenal with comforting me while taking great care of Butterscotch. I love that Dr Rhodes spoke TO ME, she EXPLAINED everything, she GAVE me options of care. We were walk-ins and the last patients of a busy day I’m sure. Friday I took copper to the vet and it was a stressful day not knowing what’s wrong with my baby! I was considered a walk-in because I hadn’t an appointment however they seen my baby when they could and were friendly staff! Once my baby seen the vet they were aware I was on a budget and did what they could to help him and even gave a supply of medicine that wasn’t apart of his visit to help me out during hard times. Place is awesome the paw plan they have is wonderful you never have to miss a visit or check up if your short on cash it helps out so much basically health insurance for your dog

Unfortunately we took them a cat who was too sick. They were very kind and took their time explaining the situation to our children. We have also used them for our dog in the past. Highly recommended.
