I had the pleasure of taking 10 STFBR rescue dogs to the Animal Hospital. The staff really cared about them. They checked each one in with loving hands. I then went back and picked up one of the Schnauzers. With out me even having to ask the vet called Meredith, rescue director, and talked to her about this little girl and the others in their care. The staff told me all about the Schnauzer and how sweet she is, This is a very caring Animal Hospital and I would highly recommend them to take of your furbaby.
What an amazing animal hospital with an incredible staff. Everyone has shown so much compassion and genuine concern for their patients. I wish more vets were like Countryside Animal Hopsital.
They are awesome with helping our rescue, shih tzu furbaby rescue.
Countryside Animal Hospital is a Big Disappointment! We were told $515.xx would be the Complete total for Health Certificates for a litter of 7 puppies-Australian Blue Heelers. We rounded all puppies & took them to the vets, upon arrival, they took 1 pup, tested for worms , told us we needed to buy the wormer and take them all back home & worm them for three days. Ms. Tilman, first I am deeply sorry for any misunderstanding you experienced at our office. The state defines the standards regarding the issue of health certificates and our doctors cannot sign off without meeting those criteria. We recommend that litters be wormed at 3 weeks of age in the hopes of avoiding just such a problem. That being said, after evaluating your invoice, there was a billing error on your transaction. Please call our office at your earliest convenience so that all miscommunications may be resolved.
Don't know what to say. Best vet ever is gone only to be followed by my second choice! What is going on here ?

The other day our dog was bitten by a rattle snake. I called the animal hospital closest to our house and they instructed us to come here, to the Countryside Animal Hospital, where they had anti venom on hand. When I arrived I was instructed to wait for the technician to finish her phone call. As if that wasn't enough when dealing with a time sensitive matter, she began a long-winded lecture explaining that they would not treat him because they were unable (or unwilling) to monitor him overnight. We are deeply sorry for any misunderstanding. A local area clinic did call us and ask to purchase anti-venom from us to treat one of their patients, which we were happy to do, however, we did not have a doctor available for the necessary after hours care of such a case. Taking a case in without the proper supervision would not have been in the best interest of your pet and in this case, the University's 24 hour care would be ideal. We sincerely hope that you and your pet obtained the most positive outcome.
