Been here since 2018. Started off with the manager messing up my RTO agreement. I'm having to pay full price for a used trailer. They said they are going to update the place. They said they are going to clean up the wooded areas where the trees have fallen and fix the drainage. So they go up on the lot rent Every year. Nothing gets done. There is an office on site but there's no one there. It just sits there empty with the air conditioner draining into my front yard making mud, underpinning hanging down. Me and my family has lived here for a couple of months now and we absolutely love it! Management is amazing, they stay on top of maintenance or any of your needs. I have enjoyed it so far! Very quiet as well
4yrs ago it was a decent place to live. But when money gets involved it changes everything. If anyone got perfect credit you’re better off getting a mortgage for what they charge in rent alone. Plus less restrictions. I just don’t why it changes owners so many times but it seem when they do the ones who been there the longest are bouncing.
We have ived here for 4 yrs. Lease says rent with option to purchase. This park has now been sold for the 3rd time since we moved in. With each owner getting worse the previous one. They are forcing most of us out that have been here for a while. In my opinion it they are doing this so they can rent to new Tennant's at a much higher price then we're paying.
