Reliable picks up residential trash recycling once a week ,not too noisy clean respectable newer trucks separate recycling containers clearly marked for trash recycling

Roll Off Department has horrible customer service and work ethic. The scheduled drop off and pick up were both delayed. When I called to discuss the issues with manager Todd he was rude, spoke to me with total disrespect, and HUNG UP on me. I called back immediately and canceled my residential service with them. I don’t know of a company that doesn’t at least listen to a customers issues or complaints to better themselves as a company.

Has been declining for awhile, but this year has been horrendous. Missed pick ups over 8 times in the last few months. First was a staffing issue, then said they don't know why they missed, then it was a staffing issue, then it was weather, and then again they don't know why they missed us. Asked for some credit towards time missed and they said that they can NOT credit me since EVENTUALLY it was picked up. Horrible company. Haven't picked up our trash going on 3 weeks. Call them and you can never get through. On hold for an hour. Finally say it will get picked up today but that never happens. Containers are filled to the top. I would give them a no start rating but I have to leave at least one,

I don't even want to give a star! First off the phone wait to speak to anyone is always 40 minutes or more on hold. Second, I still have garbage sitting on the top of my driveway, 5 weeks now. still no pick up. The excuse they use, our drivers don't feel safe with the road conditions. Sorry but my development sands the roads so well they are literally dirt on top of any snow or ice. 4 other garbage companies come in our development and they have had no issues, my neighbors all get there garbage picked up! They were ok for a while but they stopped coming every week and haven’t been here to our neighborhood for 3 weeks. They have picked up twice in 6 weeks now but charge every week. There is actually garbage piled on people’s curbs. They do not answer emails, and I routinely call to try to get through and have waited up to an hour and they do not answer. This is in town it’s not like we are rural. We are in a decent size town and these guys just don’t come pick up garbage and don’t seem to care.

Very poor service and even worse customer service. I am looking for a new garbage pickup service. They have not picked up garbage in over two weeks now. They have not even let us know that they weren't picking it up. You have to call them only to sit on hold waiting for at least 30 minutes to have them tell you that it's due to the weather. It has not been snowing for two whole weeks, so that is a poor excuse and also not true since my usual pick up day this past Monday was absolutely clear. I think they're having a problem ... read more
