All the service people that I had contact were great. I had a leaking tire checked and replaced for free thanks to the complementary coverage on my car. I also planned on having a 6 month checkup done so the day before I arranged for a 9:00AM appointment. I was not told of any delay, and at 11:00AM I checked with service, and was told that I was next in line to start on my car. I would normally give this dealership 5 stars, but this time, something was working right. I waited longer than I have ever had to wait to see a service advisor. (I had an appointment.) I was told by 3 different people that he would be with me shortly. After 16 minutes, I had to go get someone to help me., I was the only car in the bay and those inside could clearly see me. Great experience from the marketing emails and correspondence to the service advisor (Joe) who was very friendly. Oil change was completed in the time interval shared when dropped off. Suggested services were in line with my expectations, so I felt that the technician was through and honest.
