How is it possible that both types of oil changes work for 5,000 miles and you put a label on the windshield, isn't that strange??

The work on the car was done, and the car runs well. The reason I can't recommend Courtesy Nissan is because there was so little customer focus. 1. I brought the car in on a very cold day and was not invited inside, but kept outside in the cold while the car was checked in. 2. The parts had to be ordered so it took 3 days to complete, but no loaner cars were available. I was told there was a 2 week wait for loaners. 3.
