Meat loaf edges was flame boil. The mac and cheese had black specks in in. Cracker barrel is going down.
Missing items and they were under staff. Had to ask for syrup. Extras I didn't order and things I ordered missing.
I cant even begin to descibe the absolute mess we received tonight.. burgers are raw no cheese as we ordered , and the shepards pie has a black completely burned layer of somethingand underneath i have 2 pieces of meat and some gravy..
Ordered 3 sides, only received 2. Ordered biscuit and cornbread, only received biscuits. The staff at Cracker Barrel need to review the order and verify all items are present before placing in the ready area. There have been mistakes with every one of my orders. I really like the food!! I just wish I would get everything I ordered!
food was decent but dry. didn't taste old but didn't taste fresh. the biscuits especially had been sitting out. the breading on the Grand 's Country Fried Breakfast steak was falling off. it really wasn't done well. bob evan's frozen version is better than this, sadly. wouldn't order again
We have ordered there 4 separate times. Each time, something was missing. They've forgotten our dressing for the salads, an entire pot roast meal, an entire kids meal, and a side. The sad part is an employee checks off the receipt as if all items are in the bag, though they are not.
