I was at Cracker Barrel today 2/28 at 2pm with my guy and we were enjoying my first time at a Cracker Barrel when the waitress informed us someone had paid our check. We were shocked, moved, and both of us cried a little because of the kindness bestowed on us by a complete stranger. I was already nostalgic with the decor and the good food tasting like Mama used to make... Then I had this random act of kindness ... Whoever did this, thank you. Best experience at a cracker barrel in 9 months. Braylee was a super hostess. The decor seemed old style Cracker Barrel. Food was hot and delicious. Service was outstanding. Hot corn muffins were out in less than 1 , minute. Good was served before the second corn muffin was eaten. Meatloaf was hot and tasty as was the rice and grits.
This is the second time I have placed a pickup order from this location. The first time my order wasn't ready and I waited over 30 minutes past the pickup time. This time my order was ready but the hostess was rude, and said she didn't have an order for that name before she even checked to see if it was ready, or if I really had an order. We had a wonderful visit to Cracker Barrel in Saraland today! Great service given by all the staff! We noticed how even their busser Tristan was so hospitable to all the guest in the dining room! Five stars all the way around!
