Jennifer is the best thing that this Cracker Barrel has to offer. If there were more stars, she would have earned them all she ensures that you have an exceptional experience setting the bar very high for any other Cracker Barrel to follow. Dirty tables, dirty floor, slow restaurant service, 🐌 it was dead I was there at 2pm, still very slow and inattentive asked for butter 🧈 3 times, never got, guess it's okay as the biscuits were burnt, cold and hard. When I mentioned they were terrible the 3 star server looked at them said yes they are burnt but they all look like that now. Never had my drink refilled. I had the beef campfire. Jennifer is the absolute best server!!! It was great being greeted with a smile and winning personality first thing in the morning. But baby, how will I ever unbig my back with food this delicious?
Jennifer is amazing. She went above and beyond for my daughter (who was pretending to be sick 😂). Thank you and the kitchen staff! The hollandaise was delicious. And Melissa ate almost everything!
The food was good and service great and fast. Macie waited on us and was very accommodating. Sean came over while we were eating to make sure we had great service and everything was good. He was very polite calling us Mr and Mrs. You don’t meet many young men these days that care. He said if we needed anything to let him know he would be glad to help. He even told us it was nice to meet us and he hoped we’d come again.
