Jennifer is amazing. She went above and beyond for my daughter (who was pretending to be sick 😂). Thank you and the kitchen staff! The hollandaise was delicious. And Melissa ate almost everything!
This was one of the middle of the road cracker barrels. Not great service and the food wasn't prepared as good as I've had at others. We were passing through so won't be stopping again at this location.
Evan was a great host as usual! We waited without any updates nor biscuits for over an hour. Then I was given regular sausage and had to wait on impossible sausage. The food was delicious! Server kept glasses full and double brewed coffee coming.
The gift shop was excellent as expected. We spent a few hundred dollars in there, then got a table. The kids ordered their meals with sides, and dipping sauce. They got the sides and sauces after the meal was nearly finished. I ordered grilled chicken, and it was burned, and completely dry, the server asked me if I wanted gravy on my mashed potatoes, and I said yes, that sounds great, I never got my gravy. Saraland Cracker Barrel is one of the BEST in the chain. The manager Garrett really works hard to make sure the dining room is always ship shape and that the severs are well-trained. We have received excellent service on multiple visits from Joseph, Mandelyn, Sean, and LeShawn. We ask for one of them every visit and are never disappointed.
