So why is it that when I order food i get stuff like this , but when i go eat in person yall give good portions ? Really Cracker Barrel what is this?

Food was cold. Loaded Hashbrown Casserole was over cooked and dry. The Smoked Sausage Patties are awful.

macaroni and cheese burned and inedible, looks like everything was thrown into the bag and then salvaged from a car wreck

Very disappointed in CB ability to check orders. Receipt clearly said white gravy 6oz and the person who checked the order wrote 0 for gravy on check list. No gravy in my order and the hashbrown casserole was gash, potatoes and onions were raw and my scrambled eggs werent even half cooked, runny and gross. Thanks CB :/

Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast small portions not enough for the prices. Momma's French Toast Breakfast® just as small better to go dine in.. huge containers small food.

The **MONDAY ONLY** Chicken n' Rice tasted like it had salt dumped on it. The mashed potatoes were way undercooked and the gravy tasted like dirt
