I have never had food this bad from Cracker Barrel. Food was COLD no fravy for meat. Mashed potatoes were even hard and the gravy looked glazed on them.
Quality has changed at CB. Biscuits were flat and taseless. Chicken and Dumplings, more like Dumplings with some chicken. Very disappointed since this used to be one of my favorite places on the weekend.
Got my food and it was stone cold. There wasnt even any condensation on the trays. Quantity was meh. Had to scramble my own eggs to get a decent meal out of it. Hash brown Casserole was cold as ice like it's been sitting out for a long per of time
They did not send all of our food and refused to send it to us. The country fried steaks were not cooked through and tasted like meat substitute. The gravy might have disguised some of it but none of the three who ordered it were able to eat it as was. The Cole slaw side was left out on the fried chicken order the 4 people who ordered the steak fries thought they tasted like old grease was used to cook them. Everything was cold. Definitely won't be ordering from Cracker Bar again.
In the past I have enjoyed food from Cracker Barrel but this last order was horrible portion wise. The eggs that I ordered seemed like someone else got the rest of them, barely one egg. Pancakes were not that great and the sausage did not appear appetizing and I did not eat them. This will be my last order for Cracker Barrel!!!
Meatloaf and fried chicken were both very dry. First time eating Cracker Barrel and I was excited to try them but I will not be going out of my way to eat there again.
okra was old and tough. chicken was over cooked and dry. Won't order there again.
There were no biscuits, as were on the order, and the meal just had plastic wrap covering it.
Sides had absolutely no flavor
