Not enough sauce on meet loaf dry.
Everything except grits was cold and 2 of bacon strips not cooked enough. Pancakes and grits were tasty.
The sides were good but very skimpy.
The chicken & dumplings are usually my favorite...at this location it was absolutely flavorless. The sauce tasted like a roux, zero seasonings
Food (bacon, scrambled eggs, & hash brown casserole) was NOT hot. It was barely lukewarm. Bacon was NOT crispy; it was undercooked.
they use that weird fake chicken like a lot of restaurants are using these days. I hate the weird texture.
the Pot Roast had a very tasty gravy, but the carrots, celery & onions were half cooked and crunchy (not nice & soft like usual).. and the beef was tough to cut & to chew - NOT "slow braised" as the description says. i called and asked them how long they cooked it for and i was told ONE HOUR ONLY!! very disappointed.
Did not provide more than one container of syrup for the sauces. Extremely small portions for a 2 person order for over $65. Did not include the cranberry sauce and did not include the other blueberry sauce ordered for the other separate entree. If you eat in the portions are somewhat worth the price but ordering from this place to go and especially from this app is a rip off!
Cracker Barrel is amazing, and the **SATURDAY ONLY** Country Fried Pork Chops are spectacular; but this store sucks and keeps getting the DoorDash delivery orders wrong.
