Cracker Barrel is a weekend staple for me since I was a kid so coming in and having a great experience brings backs the nostalgia I remember so well! We arrived and we were pleasantly greeted by Stella who sat us as quickly as possible. Our server, Jude approached immediately with the most welcoming smile and intoxicating personality that made the entire experience fun. It was not as good as it once was. Portions used to be larger, and service used to be better as well. The "quality" check to ensure your order is correct is a joke. On my order yesterday, the "quality" check was signed off but I was missing 3 orders of bacon, 4 silverware, 4 napkins, 5 whipped butter and 3 sugar free syrup. This was my 4th visit in a row where my order was allegedly checked only to be wrong.
Everything was great! Very little wait time. Service was great and so was the food! Our server was great as she kept checking on us to see if we needed anything and our glasses never got empty. (We never had to ask for refills- she made sure we were all taken care of!)
We visited this location for breakfast and our experience was great! The food came out quickly and correctly, but what really made the meal was our server, Jude! His energy and service was top notch!
My finance and I went there for dinner date. From time we walked in til we left, service was awful. We got sat at table that we could not get into bc of the tables and chairs being so close to others. Then she took our drink order and meal order. She bought our drinks after waiting almost 10 minutes for them. Then she bought our food out and my finance was eating and I was too and it was cold food, and not done.
