We had an absolutely wonderful breakfast at this Cracker Barrel. Our host was very pleasant and let us change to a window seat to watch our dog who was in our warm car:-) Eggs were cooked perfectly. Blueberry pancakes and chicken sausage were excellent. Victoria was a fabulous server. We were so pleased to have been able to stop here and look forward to another stop here in the future. This was a very clean restaurant and bathrooms:-)
Wonderful....our waitress gave us a picture of a rose she had drawn. Food was great, and the service was great... I'm in the rewards program and had a $10 off of $30 purchase, so it was even better.
It was not as good as it once was. Portions used to be larger, and service used to be better as well. The "quality" check to ensure your order is correct is a joke. On my order yesterday, the "quality" check was signed off but I was missing 3 orders of bacon, 4 silverware, 4 napkins, 5 whipped butter and 3 sugar free syrup. This was my 4th visit in a row where my order was allegedly checked only to be wrong.
Pick up time for take out was 824. .. 15 mins later still wasn't ready. I had to ask. 20 mins later get my food. Get home and it's RAW! couldn't even eat it, & to late to call back at 9pm. I'm seriously disappointed. This ruined my opinion of the food.
Do not ask me at the register if I want to give the kitchen staff a tip! No, thank you. I don't think anyone would want to eat this, it was supposed to be my lunch. - Salisbury, NC location
