The Barrel Cheeseburger* was trash and idk how but they disgraced the Grilled Cheese Sandwich
biscuits were gross but the rest of the food was good
All of the food was so dry it just crumbles when you tried to pick it up with a fork to eat it. The green beans were the only thing edible. The pinto beans were undercooked, still hard and had no liquid. The corn muffin was hard as a rock and just crumbled when I tried to put butter on it. The meatloaf and hash brown casserole were both so dry you couldn't even pick up a bite with a fork without either crumbling and falling off. Whoever manages this Cracker Barrel needs to get fired. This is truly the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever seen, and I'm a Cracker Barrel snob who's been to one's all over the map.....Soggy and bland "fried okra".....burnt Mac and cheese....."chicken pot pie" that was mushy and soggy, and yet again no flavor......I have never had an experience at any other cracker barrell, like I keep repeatedly having at the Lynchburg location. They forever not putting something I orderedin the bag .. its always the biscuits ! The best part :(
Simply Ridiculous! Each and every time they leave items out of the order. The order always takes 3 times as long as they say and yet still can't simply check for order completion before sending it out. Order of $19.95 French Toast missing. Yet a side of eggs that "I did not order" are in the bag. This has been going on for a while now. Cracker Barrel used to be one of my favorite places but they have fallen tremendously in their efforts with customer service.
Everything was ice cold, the potatoes were undercooked, the biscuits were hard (leftover from yesterday maybe). I'll probably think twice before ordering from this Cracker Barrel again
Received three strips of bacon, two cold scrambled eggs and two over cooked sausage hockey pucks for $31.00.... They can't be serious. It must be April Fool's Day!!!!
Food was terrible the French toast was burnt and the eggs were cold and the sausage was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle
