My food was not cooked all the way. My hash brown casserole was still kinda under cooked. My sausage that I was crazy about when I went into the restaurant was red inside and not cooked all the way. The biscuits and gravy was fine. I paid $22.00 for this mess. Very disappointing. I thought it would be like in the restaurant. I use to order from them all the time earlier this year and never experience this. This time! Yuk!!
Country Fried Steak was bland and flavorless, no silverware, napkins, chow chow, grape jelly or strawberry jam. Biscuits were good but missing a cornbread muffin.
Ham was so dry. Like eating ham jerky
They left out the gravy which is what I wanted most. Bacon was completely undercooked after I marked on order I wanted it crispy. When I called to report it to manager, he would not come to phone. I called twice and both times I was put on hold for over 20 minutes until I gave up.
The worst Cracker Barrel I've ever had. The dumplings were gross not any thing like the consistency of dumplings at any other Cracker Barrel. The sweet tea was not sweet, they forgot my mashed potatoes. No butter for my biscuit. Truly disappointing.
The food I did get was good; however, they did not send two of my sides. I got the money refunded and ordered the entree again the same night with the two sides, and they still did not send them. They literally just sent me a piece of grilled chicken by itself. Needless to say, I didn't get to enjoy my dinner. The chicken was amazing, but it was not complete just eating it by itself. Not only that, but I am still hungry.
Didn't get all my food that I ordered and chicken was old.
The meatloaf was dry
Biscuit was very hard and dry. Sausage was over cooked. Did receive everything.
