Food was delicious as ever! I went for the daily special - fried pork chops. Wife went for the shepherds pie 🥧 Absolutely amazing - as it is to be expected! 😀
We love to come here, the majority of time staff has been great. Unfortunately this trip i can’t say the same, upon arrival we were browsing the store and an employee came up to my family saying how she needed to act like she was showing us a product as her manager watched the cameras, she told us she wanted to look like she was actually working. Employees were more interested in going home instead of working. Took five minutes for someone to seat us and the place was nearly empty. Wife ordered steak and shrimp and asked for medium well, it was red inside. I ordered the Lemon Pepper trout and it was nothing but pepper, just awful. Had to ask for cornbread and biscuits. My Bacon n Eggs Hashbrown Casserole had RAW EGG at the bottom of the bowl. The MANAGER LISA TOLD US THIS WAS NORMAL for scrambled eggs. We told her that it was not normal to have transparent raw glibber in scrambled eggs. She took the plate and stated:”I’ll take it to my GM” and never returned. We paid and left. Our 7 month old had some of those eggs that didn’t seem to interest her very much.
Great food. Service is usually good but on our recent visit our waitress took our order and gave us our food and then left home and forgot to inform the floor manager, we wanted to order more food and we were waiting for a while. And then I spoke to the manager and she was very kind and apologized and had us taken care of. Shout out to the manager. I’m gonna let it pass as this was our first time this happened. I had visited here several times and usually the service is very good. But the food was great as always.
