Yeah! Customer Service Much Improved Well, I was impressed with this visit. My last experience was a disaster. This time the Service was Great! Seated promptly, and our Server "Dee" was wonderful and attentive. The food was hot and served promptly. Thanks Cracker Barrel for a Great Dinner.
Fair place to eat I really like the atmosphere in the dining and country store area. Can browse the store while waiting for a seat during busy times. I went for breakfast on this trip. The food was cooked well, but would have been better if it were hot. Had a little difficulty managing the gravy and grits without a spoon.
