Made an over the phone order to pick up in store. Drove the 25 minutes there to pick up. It was ready when I got there. Made a quick visual of everything and it appeared to all be there. Got back home and handed out everyone’s food to them. My son then said the chicken taste funny. When I inspected it. It was still raw. Yes freaking raw chicken. So disappointed. We are LONGTIME Cracker Barrel customers, and have NEVER given a bad review of one, but this one failed on so many things that something needs to be said - they were out of several menu items (peach tea, lemon-peppered trout, large to-go cups), 50% of women's restrooms (2 of 4) were out of order, no toilet paper in handicapped stall in men's restroom (2 empty spools), soap dispenser not working in men's restroom, no paper towels in dispenser by the sink in the men's restroom. Horrible. I called to place order and the girl was clueless. I ordered 3 family meals and was told bread did not come with these but I order these often so knew better. After being on phone for forever just ask if she could transfer me to store. Placed order at 3:55 pm and told ready in 30 minutes.. food didn’t come out until 5:00. All the staff were super friendly and very willing to help. The waitress kept my beverage refilled very promptly with out me asking. The manager came over to say hello and make sure our meal was great. The girl working the register was very friendly and explained the rewards program to me and helped me get it set up on my phone. The facility was extremely clean and the store part was fully stocked and very neat. The bathrooms were spotless!!!!
This was a carry out order. Food was ok but three items were left out of bag - utensils, tartar sauce & biscuits. Not first time this has happened at Waynesboro location. CB used to be a staple of the affordable restuarant industry but no more. Real shame…
