Terrible Service. Last night my wife and I decided to eat here, it had been a very long time since we had. The service began with the waitress taking our order, including drink order. Past 4 out of 5 times we have been there the food has been bad. Tonight was the final straw. Won't be back again. Use to be a great place for my family to eat. Slowly the food has went downhill. Tonight me and my wife both ordered chicken and dumplings and sides with house salad. First the salads came out with no croutons and neither had onions. Then our chicken and dumplings had one small...
The food was good. The service was not as we were told. The waitress said she would be taking "excellent" care of us. She was very friendly. But I don't much care for slamming glasses sown on the table and the food runner after being told who got what stood there holding the plates. I had to take the food from him and put it on the table.
I thinks it good. I have been going to this Cracker barrel for a while,and to be honest it has always been very good and if something comes out that wrong , I send it back and the better one comes out, there steaks(ribeyes ) are good and the baked pototoes are wonderful, I have my favorite waitress and they know who I am and they know I tip good and I get great service,
Service was absolutely horrible! They even served cold food!
