I was charged for soup and never received it. This is second time Cracker Barrell has done that. They say Door Dadh has to refund

They often forget the syrups and hot sauces that I order.
Gris and apples and meatloafwere great.But mashpotatoes were firm and gravying wascold.
Food took over an hour to arrive and everything was cold. The meatloaf was literally raw in the middle.
fish tasted spoiled
This was an order to go as you can see I had 10 okra's and I ordered cream, groovy and got brown
I would not order the steak and egg casserole again. It was missing the gravy. Only had steak, egg and cheese elements lumped in the dish. NOT a casserole that is served in the restaurant or as advertised. No gravy in it
fish fry was super fishysmelling, corn muffin and biscuit very dry. no syrup for my pancakes. disappointing
