The Roast Beef was delicious
Bisquets were delicious
Chicken Fried Steak had absolutely no gravy and they didnt even offer a solution
Whoever packs their to go orders sucks. They ALWAYS forget something
The food didn't taste all that good. The mac and cheese was too runny the cornbread was bland and the meatloaf wasn't what I expected in flavor and quality. I'm very disappointed especially at how much I paid for this.
when making delivery orders it would nice to check the food. im missing greens from my meal. and the The Best Classic Meatloaf was dry. tasteless, and really just a loaf of ground meat. I had to add ketchup to even eat some of it.
Left off a complete salad from our order. This is the second time something has been incorrect at this restaurant.
French Toast order had Eggs over hard not Scrambled, no hash browns, and Bacon was not Crispy at all.
I'm not sure why the Dashers show up to pickup the food and they are waiting 30 minutes or longer. This has been a consistent issue with Cracker Barrel. If this was the first time happening or the restaurant was busy I am totally fine with it. In all the times of the extended wait the Dasher has contacted me and stated that the restaurant wasn't even busy. We love the food, and we would like to continue ordering from here. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Thank you
