Beyond expectations loaded hash melt
Very neat and include everything we need. Very satisfied
The Veggie Plate was very good and the portions were perfect. My daughter loved it. The bacon Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich was cold and the hash brown casserole (which is a family favorite) was pretty dry.
My pot toast was delicious. Better than the last one. it was good but this one had more roast, carros, green beans, and mashed potatoes and gravy. very delicious!
The green beans were very good. The mashed potatoes could have used more gravy. The Southern Fried Chicken had way too much breading on it, and it had a lot flour between the skin and the chicken. If you double coat the chicken so people think they are getting a lot for their money, I don't think the general public will like that very much. I will continue to order from Cracker Barrel but I wont be getting the Southern Fried Chicken again!
The pot roast was hot and delicious ., as were the mashed potatoes and gravy and the green beans. This was the best meal I've had delivered in a very long time. It's the first one that I received hot. Will get this again. Thank you for not skimping in the amount of food because it was a delivery. some places actually do that!
Biscuits were extremely hard.
food was ok and the service speed getting to me was great. my complaint is that the gravy bowls wasn't on the container well and one was upside down with gravy everywhere in the bag. at first i thought it was maybe the dasher but seeing how everything was set up in the bag it was definitely the person loading the bag at the restaurant.
Definitely surprised, food from CB is always very good. This was not the case this time, meatloaf and potatoes were cold, and not just delivery food cold, barely even warm. The rest of the order was good and as always the order was correct
