the meatloaf looked like it had been sitting out to long and the chicken and dumplings had to much pepper. Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage the gravy sat out to long
The pancakes I ordered were burnt. To make matters worse, they were flipped upside down inside the container, in an apparent attempt to conceal their condition. Had they not done that, I wouldn't have submitted a negative review.
I paid for 2 orders of Hashbrown Casserole. both were only half full(if that). Cracker Barrel is too expensive to only get HALF of what I paid for.
Food was cold. Chicken looked like it set in liquid for awhile. Steak was missing garlic butter.
Ordered around 730pm. Didn't get my food until 830. The dasher was waiting for over 30 mins as well. Was told they were making fresh meatloaf well when I got it, it was cold. Not only that but the coleslaw was the only thing that was good to be quite honest. I ordered biscuits and got cornbread. I also got a random side of broccoli and gravy that I didn't order. I wasn't in a hurry so I placed the order for after lunch rush. got there early to look around and shop, manager and kept following me and rushed my order so I would leave. I liked the Sunday homestyle chicken meal I ordered but if I don't order it close to a rush it's terrible
the biscuits were so hard couldn't eat them.
This Cracker Barrel is the worst one I've eaten at in 30yrs of living. First the food was late because they took forever too obviously find it in the trash can. Hamburger steak was way over cooked no gravy onions nothing. Mashed potatoes dry and flakes apart don't know what's up with that also no gravy. The coke taste like it has no syrup. Salad was the best part just lettuce and cucumbers maybe two strands of cheese no salad dressing at all. No silver ware. Ordered crispy bacon in my meal, but wasn't given the option on the extra bacon. Extra bacon wasn't crispy in the least.
