Ham was extremely salty but everything else was good. Loved the hash browns !

Hashbrown Casserole is very tiny and honestly just not good... no flavor whatsoever
The hash brown casserole was so greasy I had to use a napkin to soak it up and the loaded hash brown casserole was burned on the bottom. Also, the carrots were mushy. On the Momma's French Toast Breakfast, the scrambled eggs tasted like plastic.
Side order of Hashbrown Casserole was very small. Much less than I would have expected.
