The hash brown casserole was so greasy I had to use a napkin to soak it up and the loaded hash brown casserole was burned on the bottom. Also, the carrots were mushy. On the Momma's French Toast Breakfast, the scrambled eggs tasted like plastic.
Side order of Hashbrown Casserole was very small. Much less than I would have expected.
Hamburger was a dry hockey puck. Put my fork in the mashed potatoes (basically no gravy) and the whole side item came out with the fork. Was not good. And the worst part..: no biscuits came with the order again.
They did not give me the strawberries I paid for, and my pancakes were raw in the middle.
The turnip greens were not fully cooked. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience with the food. Very disappointed.
Chicken was terrible it was mealy it was disintegrating ! I ordered cinnamon apples and they gave me literally 3 apples slices. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!
Order included 3 strips of crisp bacon. Instead it came as 1 strip of crisp bacon and two sausage patties. I don't like or eat sausage patties. Yuck! Order was for sugar free syrup. The little plastic container of syrup didn't specify sugar free and the receipt said "maple syrup". I didn't trust that they followed my order. I was disappointed with their inability to serve what I had ordered.
Everything forthe Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout was thrown in together instead of in a dish with separate spots. Sawmill Gravy , macaroni and cheese, and Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout all mixed and run together was gross. Dumplings gravy mixed on my cod made the breading soggy, and my carrots lost sweetness because theyere covered in gravy. No butter or syrup sent for pancakes. And pancakes were very bland tasting. Burgers were ok, but not great. Usually get great food from Cracker Barrel, but this was definitely under par.
