This Cracker Barrel has completely changed my mind on Crackers Barrels lol. I have been to a few over my 49yrs and the food was ok at some but this One was delicious. Server John D. was wonderful 👍🏻
No fried turkey at 530pm on Thanksgiving. No fried chicken as a substitute. Only chicken tenders and the ones from the kids meal . The staff was beyond subpar. happy thanks giving y'all . Thanks for ruining it cracker barrel .
This particular location has been going down hill for quite some time but nothing like what I just experienced today. I got my to go order as soon as it came out and drove just over a few miles to my home to eat. The food was cold and frankly inedible. This is not mention the 4 employees who looked me in the eye and never once said hi or acknowledge me.
Stopped in Corbin for a carry-out dinner of meatloaf, mashed potatoes (brown gravy), and okra. This simple order took 20+ minutes, and there was no announcement, as I had been told. The person in front of me (also for carry-out) had something missing and had to get back in line. The woman behind me placed an order, and these three carry-outs came at the same time. We stopped in around 5pm on Sunday. I ordered the meatloaf with carrots and apples, the apples were warm and the carrots and meatloaf cold. The meatloaf appeared to be put on top of a hamburger patty for some reason? Also ordered cornbread but they did not have any made up and would be 25 minutes before they had any to serve. My wife ordered something else and they were out of it too, so just had a salad. We had to ask for refills and about the cornbread when it never came.
