I always get Sunrise sampler. In restaurant or delivery. I cocoa cola cake was a bit heavy. I make cocoa cola cake and it's much lighter in texture. But it was still good.
I order from Cracker Barrel ALL the time, and usually it is delicious. I don't know what happened tonight. The biscuits looked like they had been out all day, and were really hard, and the chicken, which is normally moist and juicy, was really dried out and crusty on the outside. Very disappointed this time around, but it normally is a delicious dish.
peach tea was amazing. I order corn muffins but got biscuits.
1 item is no longer on the menu, but with the help of our dasher, they gave us great alternatives that fit our needs. We appreciate it. The meal was hot, packaged great, everything we ordered was there. We've had horrible experience in the past with this store, but it appears that steps have been made to make this a great dinner/dash option.
The chicken tenders were as hard as rocks. It was completely inedible. It was so bad, our little boy couldn't even chew them, even though he insisted on trying. The sausage patties were dry and hard. The French fries were soggy. While the breading on the fried chicken breasts was also very hard, the chicken itself was at least softer than the tenders. Carrots side was really small. The mashed potatoes were dry , had to add butter. The chicken and meatloaf were ok. Used to get bigger portions there. The carrots had good flavor
Fried Chicken Fried Chicken was super hard
Dry **THURSDAY ONLY** Turkey & Dressing over seasoned, extremely salty. Missing sides.
The steak was to be med rare. it was medium well. I can't say I am thrilled for $24.
