I was really disappointed with my dinner because the hash brown casserole was hard as a rock, and the meatloaf was not very good.
Pancakes were burnt on one side and very soggy on the other side. The rest of the food was pretty good though, especially the Biscuit Beignets!
chicken and dumplings was terrible pinto 🫘 beans was real dry the green was plain no seasoning in the foods I didn't enjoy the food at all the only good food I like are the cornbread now that was moist and delicious
Order was incorrect. Got rolls instead of cornbread, didn't get pino beans, fried chicken was so tough.
ordered whipped butter and never got it. this is the second time this has happened
Got no gravy. None on the Chicken Fried Chicken or the extra I ordered. Seasoned rice was over cooked and hard
Minus 1 star because my coffee had a bubble style lid and the hole on the top was totally open, no tamper proof tape. The bag of food was just tied shut, not stapled, also not tamper proof. I expect simple efforts to reduce tampering or unnecessary exposures (crumbs, etc.) to be taken by the restaurant.
my eggs and bacon were completely under cooked.
