I ordered two orders of pinto beans and did not receive either of them. Cracker Barrel cannot get it right. I always have a problem when I order from Cracker Barrel
The greens were dry and the beans were cold. I ordered extra cornbread and they gave me biscuits. The wait was long. Ordering Crackers Barrel on a Sunday is not a good idea.
Asked for no ice in drink two times and still got it.last order, no loaded baked potato. I paid for it on the vegetable plate but didn't get it.
One of my pancakes and bacon was burned
pancakes were stiff like cardboard and the food was not fresh even tho it was delivered in a timely manner. seemed like it was old and had been sitting all morning. i've never experienced this with cracker barrel before and i door dash them all the time.
They never get my order right it's always something missing or wrong items given. Their attention to detail is garbage
Tasty food but overall the sides that are 3.50 a piece are very small portions. The apple container was half empty(maybe 5 bites of it), the green beans were closer to full in the container, but geez. We are talking a half of a can of beans if that for that cost? I'm ok with days like this paying a little more for the connivence of someone cooking it, but gosh for this tiny amount for that cost is disappoiting. I feel the same about the small (not full) tray of hashbrowns that cost $20.
