This has been the third time they have forgotten items. Food was good but seems to always be missing a side.
I ordered chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, green beans, and fried apples. This is what was delivered. Notice anything missing? I called the restaurant to ask what happened, and I was on hold for 15 minutes before the manager came to the phone. The service at this restaurant is terrible to say the least.
The breakfast was not good. We used to enjoy French toast from his restaurant, but it was truly awful. We will not return to Cracker Barrel by choice.
The Country Fried Steak did have the gravy on it. The loaded mashed potatoes were very stiff and the biscuit were hard on the bottom. The pinto beans were dry. Overall this was a big disappointment.

So, we had two Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast neither came with the gravy. We also had Grandma's Sampler French Toast Breakfast and I feel like ive had better at sonic back in the day. It was dry n flavor and had a (piece) of powdered sugar on it. We ordered fresh fruit for my wife and it wasnt even with the meal. We also had the country ham and it smelled like wet dog no exaggeration. This is by far the worst breakfast/ DoorDash experience ive had. Also not to mention I payed $70 ish for this to be delivered to my hotel.
This was the most disgusting plate I ever had. The meatloaf wasn't even done. It was still pink on the inside. I asked for brocoli casserole they send me a disgusting green bean casserole. It was horrible. Never ever again. 0 stars
First, food is always good, when we get it. Never received the sawmill gravy but did receive hash brown casserole, which was never on the original order. This is not the first time an order has NOT BEEN CHECKED and items were omitted. We appreciated the reorder, however, save time and money and get the order correctly the first time.
