Food was not on a plate, individi bowls. Mash potatoes were hard. Everything was cold. No butter for corn . Very poorly delivered.
Ordered the new Biscuit Bennywith hollandaise and didn't get any of the hollandaise sauce or veggies shown in the picture. It's the only reason I chose this meal over another restaurant. Very disappointing. 
Worst meal we have ever had from crackerbarrel . It was oneof my favorite places to eat!
super small portion, full of gristle. This chain is slipping everywhere
The sausage bacon and ham and biscuits were hard. The restaurant gave NO utensils
got bacon instead of Steak n' Egg Hashbrown Casserole ,at least it was cold and from a restaurant right next door and double the amount if I'd just walked over.
food was very good but biscuits were very hard and dry. Not the usual Cracker Barrel soft and fluffy.
No gravy on my Country Fried Turkey. No cocktail sauce for the Crispy Rockin' Shrimp. This Cracker Barrel always disappoints, idk why I keep trying
My (disabled) husband loves the Rainbow Trout and I try to order it about once a month. It's always very good. Tonight, however, whomever cooked it did not know how to!!! It was extremely overcooked and he could not cut it up, much less chew it. Very disappointed. Also, his Pinto Beans were very dried out(no liquid) and no flavor. Sadly, about 90% of his dinner went into the trash and I had to fix him something else to eat. Not sure what happened. but not sure we'll eat from here anytime soon!
