Thanks for burning the French toast!
I got the Old Timer Breakfast. The bacon was burnt and they may have gave me 2 tablespoons of hashbrown casserole that looked and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Very unhappy with this experience.
the French toast was burnt so badly I couldn't eat it. I don't recommend it at all. The Chicken was not that good either, a total waist of money.
After waiting over an hour for my food, the restaurant notifies me of them being out of Roast Beef. I was ok to replace it with another item. The sides were gross and not fresh. It looked as if my plate was thrown together. The meatloaf and macaroni were mingled together on the plate.
The food is rarely packaged correctly, often mixed with other stuff you didn't order. Sometimes they don't even put your sides in there.
Absolutely do not order from this place. Whomever handles their online orders doesn't do a very good job of it. The Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast I ordered for my wife had green beans mixed in the cheesecake, and they regularly forget entire sides with your meal. So I can pay for a meatloaf and sizes and not get much of anything. It's especially a waste of money since DoorDash won't refund the full amount.
cracker barrel took way longer than they promised to get our food ready and the dasher had to wait quite a while at the store. once our food got to us it was cold. This is the third time we have tried ordering from cracker barrel and they have been late and poor quality every time.
Food was terrible and ice cold. Potatoes were extremely dry
 cracker Barrel doesn't care about the quality of food they put out anymore! I'm fed up with spending my money trying to give them an opportunity when each time I'm disappointed. I order in the morning thinking of the evening cook I ordered in the evening thinking it's the morning clock it's both of them and it's management they don't care so why should the cooks the bread is always hard the beans are dry
