Food taste good. However, ordering and going to pick up food myself, went from 15 min pickup to 50 min wait time when waiting for food. I should've just order delivery instead.
Everything is well portioned and fresh!
All of the fried chicken was perfect...the whole dinner was great!

My Tea was not Sweet
Shorted two biscuits from the order. Has brown casserole was throw in there carelessly. Pancakes were burnt. Cracker Barrel has gone downhill in recent years.
They sent the Fresh Strawberry French Toast Bake with no syrup. The Two Eggs* are rubbery. it's just not good. I think this Fresh Strawberry French Toast Bake probably would be good if it had the toppings that were supposed to come with it.
I love cracker Barrel food, but this food just delivered is very disappointing! The biscuits are so very hard! The amount of fries given is such a small portion. This makes me not want to order from them again and I've always been a loyal customer.
I paid $3.85 for a side of okra and what I got was it even a quarter of the way full and it's old. The carrots are brown and hardly eatable. I am very disappointed with this meal which cost $35.00
