Are here last week and it was great. Awesome Home cooking and great service. I had the steak campfire meal. The serving size was huge. Tender and just. Served hot. Restrooms were very clean and tidy. I had the campfire
Cracker Barrel is me and my mother's go to lunch restaurant. All the meals have been fire!! I love the vintage decor throughout the restaurant. Plenty of conversation starters in there. But the food is too good to be talking. The service is exceptional. Shout out to Shelby at the Valley Station location. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Thank you for adding the Mimosas!
have been going to this cracker barrel for years and have always had pleasant experiences. Food is great and service is always 10/10. Had breakfast there this morning and they knocked it out of the park.
Usually when we dine here service is very good and food is awesome. Yesterday we waited maybe 30 minutes just for tea. I had to ask another server for something to drink, finally we got service, ordered chicken, which was good, baked potatoes, loaded, but not done and cold, my husband and I got dumplings, I had dumplings, he got a bowl of juice, we let server know she bought me a bowl of mash potatoes He got a full bowl of dumplings. Service was a bit slower than usual, the food also took extra time to arrive. Some minor items were missing when food arrived - biscuits... Bacon was heavily saturated in grease, I couldn't eat a whole piece. However, our server was very professional and personable; the entrees were delicious, as always. My guests were not bothered by the missing items and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
