My experience was mid at best. I ordered the Sausage & Egg Hashbrown Casserole which was underwhelming and very bland in flavor. It wasn't terrible, but wasn't good by my standards. The Sawmill Gravy was nothing to write home about either. Other places that I won't name here (certain color animal that rhymes with pear) is far superior with not just the gravy, but the quality of biscuits as well. Will I eat here again? Yeah, probably. Missing my corn muffins and the portion sizes are tiny even for a kids meal.
The side sausages smelled and tasted like cigarettes. The half chicken overall was good just way too much salt
meatloaf taste like cardboard. cornbread muffins taste like sawdust. dry so bad

Overall not good. Dumplings had no flavor. The onion petals seemed to be from a frozen manufacturer and not fresh. The kids chicken strips were ok. Best thing from the menu was cinnamon apples.
They didn't add the Buttermilk Biscuits to the order which was disappointing being Easter and All
Meals have been awful. I have eaten at many Cracker Barrel and this seems to be the worst tasting restaurant. Quality of food is bad as well as the way it's prepared.
The Homestyle Chicken was overcooked and very dry.
