During an absolute packed house on a Tuesday for lunch we had an incredible time. The Southern hospitality is beyond amazing! After we were greeted and seated promptly we ordered the special of the day fried pork chops with with two sides and corn bread. Everything was cooked to perfection and served steaming hot with a smile. Definitely gonna make this a regular thing! Oh and the store part was looking so cute with all of their Easter stuff. Super fun y'all!!
My daughter and I had a very good experience dining in at this location. The service was outstanding, Christine did a terrific job to accommodate our order. My daughter had a cheese burger with fries while I had a steak with hash brown and eggs, both were yummy.
We decided to eat at this location as we’ve done many times before. However our waitress visited our seat four times in an hour took our order to include a salad. Any waitstaff knows salads come out before the meal not with the meal. It came out with the meal I needed a refill on my sweet tea upon the second visit she brought out the meal and asked what I had to drink. Then came back out with a pitcher of tea. Went to Thanksgiving dinner, the menu said you could add a drink to your meal for a small upcharge no one knew and the waitress asked and said they could not honor it when she inquired. That's why the 3 star, if on the menu manager should have come out and spoke to me and discounted the ticket to match, they did not. Our waitress was great, the service mark is on the management.
Where ever I land I always look for a Cracker Barrel Restaurant so I can make a comparison of food, atmosphere, and service. This is my second time here in Hot Springs, AR. The first visit was brunch time on Friday, it was busy but the service was quick. Today is Sunday afternoon, it’s busy but the wait was feasible.
