We decided to eat at this location as we’ve done many times before. However our waitress visited our seat four times in an hour took our order to include a salad. Any waitstaff knows salads come out before the meal not with the meal. It came out with the meal I needed a refill on my sweet tea upon the second visit she brought out the meal and asked what I had to drink. Then came back out with a pitcher of tea. My daughter and I had a very good experience dining in at this location. The service was outstanding, Christine did a terrific job to accommodate our order. My daughter had a cheese burger with fries while I had a steak with hash brown and eggs, both were yummy.
Food was great. Didn’t like that we had to seat our selves and waited 20 minutes before the waitress noticed we were at the table. Other than that food was great.
Went to Thanksgiving dinner, the menu said you could add a drink to your meal for a small upcharge no one knew and the waitress asked and said they could not honor it when she inquired. That's why the 3 star, if on the menu manager should have come out and spoke to me and discounted the ticket to match, they did not. Our waitress was great, the service mark is on the management.
Food was subpar… I ordered pancakes, they brought out two premade cold plates of pancakes! I asked to have them freshly made & they were… but they were still batter in the center and not cooked . Will never go again! Hot Springs you should be shame!
