My daughter and I had a very good experience dining in at this location. The service was outstanding, Christine did a terrific job to accommodate our order. My daughter had a cheese burger with fries while I had a steak with hash brown and eggs, both were yummy.
During an absolute packed house on a Tuesday for lunch we had an incredible time. The Southern hospitality is beyond amazing! After we were greeted and seated promptly we ordered the special of the day fried pork chops with with two sides and corn bread. Everything was cooked to perfection and served steaming hot with a smile. Definitely gonna make this a regular thing! Oh and the store part was looking so cute with all of their Easter stuff. Super fun y'all!!
we called ahead however it wasn’t necessary as the place was pretty empty. we were greeted and seated right away. we sat down and looked over our menus and no one had shown up to take drink orders. my husband got up and went to restroom (still no sign of a waitress. when he returned several minutes later still no waitress. we continued to sit for probably another 5 to 10 minutes and when no one ever approached our table we got up and left. as we were leaving the manager called out to us and asked if theee was a problem. we e... read more
We had a great experience today at Cracker barrel. We were sat down right away and our server Deanna came right over to help us. She was very friendly and so sweet. She and their manager talked to us and indulged me with my wild conversations. The manager Juan was very friendly and was even sweeping the floor while the other workers buzzed around waiting on people. The food came out hot and fresh and pretty fast for them being so busy. All in all it was a very nice dining experience. We most definitely will be back.
We decided to eat at this location as we’ve done many times before. However our waitress visited our seat four times in an hour took our order to include a salad. Any waitstaff knows salads come out before the meal not with the meal. It came out with the meal I needed a refill on my sweet tea upon the second visit she brought out the meal and asked what I had to drink. Then came back out with a pitcher of tea.
