Stopped by Cracker Barrel for breakfast, and it was a great experience! The food was tasty and cooked just right, but the highlight of the visit was our server, Donald. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The service was quick, the atmosphere was cozy, and Donald truly went above and beyond to make the meal enjoyable. If you’re looking for good food and outstanding service, ask for Donald—you won’t be disappointed!
Terrible! Photos say enough. Whoever the cook was and the waiter (not naming) for bringing this pathetic excuse of a steak meal should both be fired. However, this service is acceptable today and is exactly why I rarely eat out with these waiter kids expecting big easy tips for doing nothing and they get it. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cracker Barrel restaurant and I must say, the service provided by our server was exceptional. I always enjoy taking my kids to eat and cracker barrel. This time the chef sent out very old and dry chicken tenders. I asked for a replacement and they did so with. No problem and my waiter didn’t make me feel bad or treat me different when I ask for the correction. He was nice and professional.
Ordered Easter dinner in app on Saturday with 10:30 am pick up on Sunday. At 10:23, I pulled up, parked in pick up space 1 and said I had arrived. At 10:45, I went in. I got food at 11:20. Meat was dry, no gravy. I think it has been sitting, ready, until manager got it. Disappointed. I had expected it would be as smooth as Thanksgiving take out, that's totally drive through and very impressive. Disappointed. It won't let me pay without suggesting dishes.
