Stopped by Cracker Barrel for breakfast, and it was a great experience! The food was tasty and cooked just right, but the highlight of the visit was our server, Donald. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The service was quick, the atmosphere was cozy, and Donald truly went above and beyond to make the meal enjoyable. If you’re looking for good food and outstanding service, ask for Donald—you won’t be disappointed!

Terrible! Photos say enough. Whoever the cook was and the waiter (not naming) for bringing this pathetic excuse of a steak meal should both be fired. However, this service is acceptable today and is exactly why I rarely eat out with these waiter kids expecting big easy tips for doing nothing and they get it. This restaurant has always been one of my favorite dining spots, but my recent visit to the Spanish Fort location fell short of expectations. I arrived shortly after 8 PM, an hour before closing, and experienced an extended wait to be seated, despite the restaurant being nearly empty and no line at the door. The cashier had to call someone to seat me, which added to the delay. Last night was truly a full circle moment. Cracker Barrel has always been a restaurant that prides itself on its family atmosphere not only for the guest, but also for the staff.
