Always a good old comfort meal
I love this place! I frequently get the chicken and dumplings, fried okra, and green beans. Oh, and biscuits. Love to stroll through the shop after eating.
atmosphere is warm & entertaining (checkerboards by the fire), wait staff is great, & food is very filling, but for me, food was mediocre. if you loved public school lunches, you'll love this place.
