My service dog and I visited this Craker Barrel for this past Easter breakfast. The staff was incredible. Especially my server Shelby H. She was so sweet and on top of everything. It was also great seeing the Manager helping their servers as well. As we know holidays can be hectic on the restaurants industry. Thanks yall for making this past Easter breakfast so wonderful 🙏 look forward to seeing yall in the future
We came here for dinner. Plenty of parking around the building. We looked around the store for a few minutes because there was no wait to get in. The store and restaurant were clean and the staff was friendly. Our waitress was not on top of things. She came quickly to greet us and take our drink order. She came back 10 minutes later without the drinks to tell us there was no lemonade as she apologized. We were out of town and we really were hoping for it to only take an hour maybe a little more how ever on Mother’s Day it took over two hours it wasn’t because it was busy it was because the service was so slow. What should have been a nice relaxing Mother’s Day dinner turned into a stressful one because not only did it take a lot longer then we expected we also had a long drive to go. I wish I would have known that we would have went somewhere else it would have been a lot more enjoyable.
Such a well-maintained Cracker Barrel! Our server Juli took excellent care of us. The environment was clean, the wait times were short and reasonable, and the staff was friendly and professional.
We have frequented this location for the past 5 years, however this might be the last. Our waiter (I have no clue how he had 3 stars) was terrible. We sat with no drinks for over 20 minutes. There were 4 tables with patrons in the establishment, 2 of which already had food. Yet we sat and waited for our meal for almost an hour. The so called manager stood near our table and never once acknowledged any of this.
