i got the country boys breakfast and the steak was the worst steak ive ever gotten in my life
Eggshells in egg. Ordered 2 orange jives, they combined into1 large one. Thankfully, this time they gave syrup, only because my dasher asked for it.
The food was correct but they did not have the drink. Why does it always seem like they forget the drink? For $3.89 for an orange juice they should definitely remember the drink
The carrots were soggy/very overcooked, I received barbecue sauce instead of apple butter, and the cake was hard. Quality has really gotten bad from this location.
The meatloaf and ham in my sampler were over cooked but the dumplings were great. I was also missing a side I only got 2 instead of the 3 I picked
I am embarrassed for the Cracker Barrel brand at the quality and execution of this food. I really, really hope no one that is trying Southern food for the first time comes to this store. Chicken and Dumplings with Chunks of Chicken so dry it was served on a plate, no gravy on Chicken Fried Chicken, turnips greens that were sour. As a lifelong Southerner, this food felt like a personal affront.
There were eggshells in my eggs. I waited an extra 20 min past pickup time and the food wasn't ready. When I asked an employee, she told me I would have to wait because we treat y'all like everyone else in here. "I probably cleared out the order." I explained how long I waited. She had to resolve and sent me to the hostess who proceeded to complain about her leg giving out because she worked so much. She never helped me but did seat the couple behind me and sent me back to the cashier. It was a terrible experience.
The dumplings had been microwaved and were hard on top and chewy. Nothing was hot or even real warm... dissatisfied and will not be reordering
Always missing items. How can you forget the biscuits that come with Meat Biscuits n' Hashbrown Casserole or Fried Apples. It's literally in the name. Twice this happened back to back.
