meat was over cooked and wrong flavor of jelly
My cobbler arrived cold. You could tell it was never warm and there was no ice cream as stated in the description. Also, there was basically no crust just juice and fruit. Not as good as they used to be. Will not order again.
Chicken had bones in it. Several of the dumplings were hard. Also was missing side order of additional dumplings.
And that one star is stretching it. My steak should have been medium well, instead it was over cooked and tasteless and dry ash. Hash brown casserole was dry and old. All the sides in cups were dry. This meal was a paid lesson. Don't order from here. This mess went in the trash.
The last 3 times I ordered this it was HORRIBLE! The chicken was so tough I couldn't eat it and dumplings had NO flavor/ I will never order this again- The quality of food has really gone down in the last 6 months- so disappointed!
steak way overcooked and the ham was old as hell.
Chicken was very salty. And orders took a very long time.
Cracker Barrel didn't bother to contact us and tell us they were out of an entre item so we were missing an entire meal. Also, one side order of dumplings had NO DUMPLINGS and the other side order of dumplings had practically no dumplings. This store constantly senda out over cooked or undercooked biscuits as well. So disappointing.
My order was not correct...I spent $60 for breakfast and all my items were not in my bag and Customer Service was not good
