pancakes undercooked, ham dry and chewy..
I was not satisfied with my order due to them leaving out parts of my order ~ They forgot the cornbread, utensils, honey mustard, tartar sauce and the mashed potatoes were to salty-was unable to eat them..
This is the second time we have not gotten the correct order. I ordered an extra size of bacon which was not there and there was no gravy for the chicken fried steak. Very disappointing.
bacon is literally raw. not cooked at all
Didn't get my order correct again. missing items.
Mac and cheese was stale, didn't have any sauce or flavor. The portion was small for the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The value of the meal is not correct, I would never order again. Biscuit was dirty too
the Hashbrown Casserole tasted old and was hard. my gravy for the biscuits and gravy was missing. Everything else was great
Forgot my Mac n cheese but this is a first time for me. You guys usually get it right so no super hard feelings.
Ordered the All-Day Pancake Breakfast Family Meal and was very disappointed. The eggs were not cooked and had several egg shells in it. Smaller issue but they also didn't include any of the syrup, butter or jelly.
