Chicken had way too much seasoning
Food portions were awful, probably only 1/4 of what the usual size is. Both plates were wrong, the cinnamon rolls weren't sealed correctly and spilled in the bag. I also had to wait almost 30 minutes later than the estimated time before the food was ready.
This store has been going down every time I order. The meatloaf a fried chicken has been good. The chicken and dumplings should just be called dumplings on the sampler platter. I got an 8th of a chicken tender in it. It's very big disgrace from what it used to be 20 years ago from this store. Maybe they shouldn't have stopped with the redesign and maybe focus more on quality control. I try to give everyone a chance and understand that everybody had bad days. They left out our okra and put like 5 drops of sauces in the cups. And they are so expensive now!
The dumplings were huge, uncooked, and clumped together. Luckily my cold mashed potatoes were there so I could eat something for lunch. Not worth $25
The food was cold and very small portions and nothing had any taste.
Country Fried Steak meal. portions of sides is very disappointing for 22$
Fried was dry and biscuits were hard. Could not eat either.
since when does a $15 breakfast only come with two baby chicken tenders?
