Mashed potatoes tasted like they were the previous day. Ham had no flavor.
Didn't get one of the sides on one order. The cup of Chicken n' Dumplin Soup Cup was very watery, no flavor with about 3 dumplins in it. Mac n cheese was bland and cheese sauce had no flavor. Very disappointed.
They sent me burned meatloaf. I'm certain if I was eating in restaurant that this wouldn't have been served to me.

How do you decide NOT to serve black eyed peas on New Years Day? Also, how do you run out of cole slaw at 3pm? Go make some or buy some from the store! I had a four veg plate and one of my sides was fried okra and I had maybe 6 of them on the plate! Last time, CRACKER BARREL!
There were four dumplings in the bowl that had to be pulled apart. And as you can see the baked potato had been there a while. Very disappointed.!
Food was cold but not sure if restaurants fault or driver. Bacon was not crispy (ordered it that way) and way too fatty.
Terrible! No mashed potand gravy. Instead got sweet potato casserole. No gravy on turkey or dressing. Dressing was very dry, So disappointing!
Food is burned, didn't receive correct items.
