Food was under cooked saus still pink
The worst dash I've ever seen. Balled up bag of biscuits stuff in condiment bag - 1 biscuit short. Eggs and bacon - speechless but I can not trust the pancakes based on how this arrived.
Food was cold when it arrived and poorly packaged. We had ordered a piece of chocolate pecan pie and apparently they were out but did not call or offer replacement item. We just noticed on the receipt it was circled and the word out was written next to it. Hashbrown casserole was over cooked on top. With the markup you pay when you order, the food was definitely a disappointment.

Horrible, incompetent manager, Sarah. Thinks it's better for the younger staff to be laughing and having fun rather than doing job and taking care of customers. Ordered food via DD, over half my order was missing and manager said oh, we'll not my problem. Her staff was supposed to be ensuring full orders were picked up. This location has continually gone downhill over the past 10 years. Now it's has hit rock bottom with tiny food portions and 2hr wait for food time, yes, that's after your seated and placed order.
We ordered 4 meals for Riverchase Kia, it cost $160. We didn't receive any of our bread, two orders of broccoli cheddar casserole, and a Cinnamon Roll Pie Slice. When I called Cracker Barrel they said they were outof those items and we would have to request a refund from Door Dash, or iwould have to go to Cracker Barrel and get them. Yes, they made it right, but it was frustrating.
I placed an order for a Country Vegetable Plate with a premium side of broccoli casserole. now I had been waiting over 20 minutes after door dash said it was ready. then when the girl brings out my order, finally, she tells me that they are out of broccoli casserole. so I said, well I paid for it so I'll take corn, which is not a premium side. I ask the girl how long corn is going to take? she couldn't give me an answer.
Missing the kids drink and the kids meal had one Grilled Chicken Tenders and a half piece
Food was terrible. Bacon, even the eggs.
