I didn't get the gravy for my biscuits and gravy, so had to settle for eating my order as sausage biscuits. I think the confusion occurred, because I had ordered mashed potatoes as one of my sides. It resembles gravy in the package. The also gave me fries with the shrimp, which I had not ordered, which would have made the assumption that the mashed potatoes were the gravy more likely. I was recuperating from surgery, so I really needed them to get the order right with soft comfort foods
The eggs look awful! I did not receive my bacon and I did not get any syrup to go with my French toast!
While the food is consistently delicious, I have encountered issues with delivery orders on two separate occasions. In each case part of my order was missing. Most recently, the two additional eggs and the two additional bottles of syrup that I ordered were not included.
This is the second day they have messed up Beans undercooked and way salty and failed to send salad dressing at least steak was ok
Half of our sides were left out. No gravy or other condiments. What we got was good but bad overall prep.

No gravy with the country Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast.My caramel latte was supposed to be iced and was the hot version instead. I get that it's a busy season, but some version of quality control would be helpful.
food was a pool of grease. Would not recommend. The cost for this portion size is not worth it. The shrimp had a weird after taste. Definitely won't order again.
Ordered the **WEEKEND ONLY** Southern Fried Chicken, have ordered in the past and received the typical 4 pc chicken, one breast, one wing, one thigh, one leg. Tonight we got 3 legs and one thigh. Very disappointing.
