Every time I order from Cracker Barrel, there is always something missing or wrong.
Missing sides for both our entrees. Both were upcharges. Had to get help from DoorDash.
Food is always great, but this is the second time that I ordered a butter pecan French toast, bake and they didn't have it so my suggestion is if you don't have it then don't make it available on the menu
This was without a doubt even worse than my last order from Cracker Barrel. The chicken and rice was not eatable.
I had one of their shrimp skillets I only got like five shrimp two pieces of sausage. And the potatoes were hard as a rock.
Didn't give my complete order missing a $5 coffee
Because they was an hour and 20 minutes late getting my food ready. It wasn't good.
All of our food was stone cold even though it didnt take the dasher long to pick up/deliver it. We ordered a pancake breakfast and a French toast breakfast and did not receive any syrup. The biscuts were black, overcooked, and hard as bricks. My daughter ordered an egg sandwich and they put scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs on it. I spoke to the manager at the store who said he would request a delivery to replace the messed up food and provide syrup but an hour later we havent received anything. Wasnt very fond of the Mini Confetti Pancakes for some reason tasted like corn nuggets. And unfortunately didnt receive any syrup with it. The Hashbrown Casserole was pretty good though
