One of the absolute best breakfasts I've ever had at night. The eggs, all I can say the eggs!!! The bacon, sausage, and grits were amazing too. Our server Leah got everything right on the first try. Only downside, do not sit next to the windows if possible, it is too cold to sit there and enjoy your meal.
Thanks Cracker Barrel, for the aggregation, inconvenience, and stealing my money! I tried to order on the app for delivery. Your app kept telling me my gift card was invalid! I called the 1800 number and it told me I had $50 on the card. So I connected with a live online rep. After having to supply your rep with information that did not pertain to my issue, and 20 minutes later, I was told to call the store to place my order. Are you joking? The visit began with a long wait to get seated because the human who had that task was not paying attention nor at their post. It was not an overly-busy day, and there were amply cleared tables. After a line formed, they finally arrived. We were seated, and those who took our order and checked on us were wonderful and kind. The food was fine. The atmosphere was nice. Good conversation within my group is what I remember most.
Enjoyed stepping back in time with the ambiance. The food was still good after being away for some time, I brought home some candy that I didn't think they made anymore. A good dining experience.
My Friday night fish carryout dinner took almost an hour to be prepared from the time I placed order. I don't understand why it took so long. It would have been much quicker to go through the Culver's drive-through for a fish dinner. At least I was able to spend the time browsing through the store while I waited. Other than that, the service was friendly and welcoming.
