Food quality was really lacking. The ham was so tough I could barely cut it. Hash brown casserole was dry and I asked for extra syrup and butter and did not receive it. Probably won't order from there again.

roast beef was tender but lacked flavor. broccoli was over cooked and bland and the highlight of the meal was the turnip greens. maybe better packaging to keep hot maybe would have helped. I work 12 min from location and food was cold.

Usually I have really good food but I couldn't even eat my Hamburger Steak** tonight it looked and tasted aweful!!!! Called the store they are making it right. Thank you for that.

Chicken was cold and must have been cooked for a long while. Other side dishes were warm and very tasty. Unfortunately, two of our side items were also missing from the order.

Missing items, wasnt fresh, half the size of the portions than they give if you go and sit down to eat.

We were missing a side with both of our entrees; one of our missing sides was soup, which you have to pay extra for. No mayo on the burger, which came with literally 13 fries. A swing and a miss Cracker Barrel.

The biscuits were so hard and almost burnt. The pancakes were cold and chewy. Very disappointed.
