Eggs was not scrambled all the way. The pancakes were tough and the meat was over cooked. The hash brown casserole and apples was good.
The fried chicken was hard and had way toooooooomuch breading and the inside was dry. I do not recommend at all. It was breaded so heavily that the chicken was unrecognizable - drum looked like a breast. The second drum was just a broken bone covered in breading. Mashed potatoes were so cold that the cheese did not melt at all. The broccoli was really good.
Usually it is really good but this time it was cold, the hash brown casserole was burnt and tasted awful, and the corn was old and shriveled up. I think ill stick to going to the restaurant with this one.
Something gets left off every time I place an order.
Country fried steak was a first and last try for me, wasn't seasoned. Everything else was ok.
Our amazing dasher (Susan) arrived at Cracker Barrel only to be informed they were out of "grilled" chicken tenders that were ordered. Susan text in the DoorDash app to ask what alternative meat would we like. We chose "fried" chicken tenders as a replacement. The order was a full hour later that proposed time given by the DoorDash app due to Cracked Barrel dropping the ball. All items of food were ice cold. I got the Grilled Sirloin Steak* it was over cooked and not very good.
Very disappointing tonight. The biscuits were left out. The French toast was cold and tasted stale/off. Almost like they had been made much earlier in the day and had just sat until someone ordered them.
I have yet to get an accurate order from here! Both meals were supposed to have baked apples and none were received. The shrimp was supposed to have cocktail sauce and none received and the shrimp was very tasteless. While some of the food I did receive was good I am not likely to order again.
