Crystal was great and got my food to me quick. Unfortunately I think cracker barrel dropped the ball I was missing both my sides and my food was cold. I also received the wrong drink.

the Southern Fried Chicken was dried out and old. the brown gravy tasted like beef bullion. and the loaded macaroni and cheese was also dried out and nasty. possibly the worst thing I've ever eaten. NEVER again!!

fried chicken dried out to jerky form. bacon macaroni and cheese dry as the Sahara. missing items from my order. On hold for manager for over 15 min for him to tell me to call door dash

normally it's great, but this time I got 2 rocks instead of biscuits.

The biscuits had a strange playdoh like taste and the gravy didnt add much. The bacon was fine, making bacon at home would probably be better. The sausage patty, pancakes, and eggs were nothing special. Im sure the food is better in the restaurant, maybe the drive from the restaurant contributed to the quality of the food.
